Terms of Trade:
Accepted quotations are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- In factory terms are payment of 50% of full price on order acceptance, the balance due on completion.
- Onsite Domestic terms (7 day account) – should the account not be paid within seven (7) days of the receipt of the final invoice the balance due will incur a penalty of 2.5% per month.
- Cancellation of the accepted quote within 5 working days of commencement of the job may result in the non refund of the deposit in factory only.
- Changes to the confirmed colour within 72 hours of the commencement of the job may result in an additional charge to cover materials.
- Unless specifically stated, removal and installation is not included in the quoted price.
- Quoted prices remain valid for 30 days from the date shown on the quotation.
- Unless otherwise specified, all quoted prices do not include GST.
- Ultimate Finishers Ltd will exercise all care but no responsibility for items removed from a customer’s home or held at the factory.
- Title and ownership on all services provided and goods supplied is retained by Ultimate Finishers Ltd and does not pass until all monies are paid in full.
